The location is quiet and a short walk away from a little mall. The staff were nice. The bed was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning worked great as well.Being a cheaper room, it would be fine to spend the night waiting for a flight the next day, or a couple nights, but not long term.

The wifi was not good even though I had good signal, I had to use my phone's data to work.Don't bring snacks or food because of ants. They won't bite you, but they will get into anything you leave out, even a cup of coffee you are actively drinking.Sometimes, for short periods of time, there were strong smells like cigarettes or urine from a vent in my room.

Room was upgraded to good for 6 pax instead of 4 pax.

Most of the outlets in the room are not working. Aircon not working well.

Its cheaper and accessible,,, and the staff is good and kind. Ots okay for me a little room and not so new but hopefully it will be cleaner and the bed hopefully they change it its so old already.

The aircon is not cold, their room is not too clean, there’s ants from the table, and the bed sinks already and old, the lavatory is already cracked, and the television didn’t funtion will, and bery bad reception.

I liked the staff at the reception.

There is nothing to like in the hotel. The hotel owner did not invest in the hotel. I stayed in 3 different rooms, all rooms have problems, water is dripping in the bathroom and in the room. the windows are bad and it's hard to sleep because of the noise of the cars. no mirrors in bathrooms are difficult. taps are broken. The staff are helpful, but the hotel owner needs to invest in the hotel. This hotel does not deserve the price they charge for it.

Property was clean

There was an infestation of ants that would not quit. Granted I already knew about how ants could be in the Philippines but this was out of control. The shower was mediocre at best and the CR was also overrun with ants and was quite possibly the source.

The room was big and there is a nice food market around the hotel.

The room could use a refresh. There were two bed but one of them was really hard (but both were big enough so we could both sleep on one).

i love the area near the food park, tha room is spacious, the restroom is big the bead are comfortable.

no Netflix, no wifi inside room, the toilet is not that clean, the faucet in the lavatory is getting off, and the lavatory itself is broken.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was basic but clean and quiet.

Was very hard to locate and not near to anything. We had to walk around 20-30 minutes to get anywhere.

Mould in the bathroom, ant infestation, water not working one of the days and staff didn’t seem to care about any of the issues raised.

The location and room are okay for me. It is convenient to travel as the property is located in Metro Cebu. Thus, it is closest to known landmarks and malls.

What I didn't like was the fact that my reservation with Booking.com was canceled. In the app, the booking status was confirmed. No cancellation was made on my end. However, according to the staff, the booking was canceled. He also added that maybe I didn't respond to OYO's call before my arrival. The thing is, I did not receive any phone call from OYO nor did I experience such phone calls with my previous reservations involving an OYO property.

Price and location

No water heater. Loud outside. Rooms feel like a prison.

The receptionist lady was really kind! The reception and the central corridor is inviting. The place looked clean in general. The paint of the room seemed fairly recent.

The room is almost pitch dark even at daytime; there's practically no natural light. Some shelves (or stool) could be installed both in the room and in the bathroom to help putting things down, rather than keeping everything in one's own bag (or on the floor). The water tank of the toilet needs fixing. The tiny holder above the sink has little space for the soap, change clothes etc. Warm water in the shower would have been welcome.

Food is great, budget friendly and the served early . WIFI is also fast and we were grateful because we needed it for work and for entertainment of my kids

Staff are friendly, location is good, close to J Centre Mall.

The air is bad in the area and since I was in ground floor you can't escape it. Building is pretty old and has lots of bugs. Pretty small room and rusted shower. Towel was one of those plastic ones that don't dry you well and are horrible to touch with wet skin.

Very accessible

The toiletries are not complete.. No shampoo, only one soap. Towel is just only one instead of two. The staff asked for additional payment as service fee which is not indicated in the booking information.

At first, we thought na hindi gumagana yung AC only to find out we were using an incorrect remote control. Our bad :) Anyway, the stay was good. we had a decent sleep and wala namang anything untoward na nangyari. Thank you pala sa Housekeeper namin na immediately napoprovide ang mga requests namin. thanks a million
